How The Buying Process Works

We get it—remodels are hectic and can be a major disruption for several months. When you’re busy coordinating deliveries with contractors, things get complicated fast. That’s why we strive to make the purchase and delivery process as seamless as possible.

Once you place your order with SoCal Bathtubs, a representative will personally contact you with your tracking details and anticipated delivery date. This allows you to coordinate with your team for a smooth installation.

Our whirlpool tubs are secured in large wooden crates and shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) delivery, typically handled by a two-person team. If you prefer local pickup, we will notify you the moment your tub is ready at our supplier.
